- Most noticeable was my solid, strong Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana. Probably one of the most balanced performances of that pose in my short Ashtanga history, although I did wobble a tiny bit on both sides when returning the foot back to center.
- My trikonasana also felt more balanced.
- Did a semi-bind of Marichyasana D on my bad side again although it didn't come easily.
- My transition from Bhuja Pidasana to Bakasana to Chaturanga was pretty decent. My "shoot-back" is actually happening. My arms didn't feel overly fatigued afterwards like they usually do (as in, I didn't collapse like a hot mess onto the floor)
- Supta Kurmasana seemed to go a bit deeper than usual today. I made a concerted effort to make the bind - I didn't, but I felt close.
- Finishing Poses: Urdhva Padmasana was pretty solid. Arms were extended, balance was good. Not a tight padmasana, but I'm getting closer.
- Sirsasana was decent. For the first time, the pop-up happened easily - both legs came up together (bended) for the first time, then I extended them one at a time. Only held for about 5-6 breaths once I got up.

Nice to get back to Primary after a weekend of experimenting with different classes and poses.
