Noticing:
- My left big toe hurt so there wasn't a lot of rolling over it during the vinyasas.
- My left shoulder was acting up again, so I also dropped to the floor for pretty much every chaturanga dandasana.
- My balance was terrible in Utthita Hasta.
- I held Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana on the left side for a good, long time. I worked on the ligaments on the outside of my left knee where I have the most tightness. That felt really good.
- I am struggling with getting out of Bhuja Pidasana. And then "shooting back" is just completely ludicrous... I think you have to be an alien to do that.
- Kurmasana was actually pretty good.
- Supta Kurmasana was okay. I even pushed up into Tittibhasana afterwards, but again, getting back into Bakasana is just ludicrous.
- Practiced my Padmasana. Making progress for sure, but my left foot doesn't come all the way into my hip crease, and it certainly isn't very comfortable!
